A drowning sibling
My sister and I both had dreams that our younger sister was drowning. In my dream I found her dead in the bath with a face cloth covering her face. My sister dreamt she was drowning at sea.

To dream of a drowning is symbolic of anxiety and that you and your sister may feel that your younger sister is not in control of some aspects of her life and in some instance you may feel that your younger sister may leave herself vulnerable to hardships.
