Dreaming of Water?

Hi, This is a general query. I'm very interested in dreams and always try to figure out what they might mean. I have noticed that my dreams almost always involve water of some kind, either rivers, lakes, the sea, swimming pools etc and I am either in the water or trying to avoid it. I am not afraid of water but in the dreams their is always an element of fear of the water. Could you tell why that might be? Waterdreamer
