Dreaming Of A Son

I had this particular dream about 3 or 4 times and in it I had a son about 3 or 4 years of age. I couldn't see his face, or his father's face, but he called me Mummy. A few weeks after they stopped, a friend came to see me and said she had a dream that I had a little son. I asked her to describe him and it was the same little boy. Can you give a little light to what this meant or is it just one of those freaky things that happen.
