Hey,

I had a dream a few nights ago. In my dream i shot myself in the head.
Then I remember floating and saying over and over again that I did not
want to die.  I felt no pain and there was no blood.

I know this is a very strange dream to have so I know it must mean
something.

When you put this dream into context that your father has recently passed away and you are missing him so much, I really feel and believe that this dream was a message to you that life does continue after the physical death. This dream is letting you know that it's ok, he still exists, there is no pain after death and life does go on, just in a different form. The dream also affirms that yes, you do choose life, you realise you have a lot to live for and your dream is just reminding you of how you feel.
